| What is Included in an On-site Behavior Consult at your home? Review of your completed Questionnaire A behavior evaluation of your dog A step by step management and behavior modification plan for you to follow Follow-up as needed Length of Appointments: Most consultations require 1 1/2 to 2 hours. 3 Follow-up phone calls or emails are included with the first appointment. You are encouraged to keep me informed of your progress or problems. My goal is to help you to be successful! Appointment Times: Evening and weekend appointments are available. Fees for behavioral consultation appointments: $30 deposit at time of scheduling $50.00 per hour for appointment time ($30 deposit applied to first hour) Travel expenses additional outside Greater Binghamton Area Payment: Payment is requested at the time of your appointment made by cash or check. Cancellation Policy: Full refund of $30 deposit if given 24 hour notice. If you miss your appointment without prior 24 hour notification of cancellation, you will not be refunded your $30 deposit.
